We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), configuring bots (tokens, settings), and the messages processed through our platform. We also collect usage data for analytics and service improvement.
Your data is used to provide and improve our services, process messages through AI models, send notifications, and generate analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Messages are processed by Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate bot responses. Messages are sent to Anthropic's API and subject to their privacy policy. We do not store AI conversation data beyond what's necessary for your bot's conversation history.
Data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on Neon (cloud). All connections use SSL encryption. Bot tokens are stored securely and never exposed in client-side code.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contato@botysk.com. You can delete your bots and associated data directly from the dashboard.
